A resolute, hardy, noble woman,
جِلْدَةٍ — hardy. A second feminine adjective ('hardy') in the same string, again matching the woman in feminine gender and indefinite state. Stacked adjectives like this simply line up after the noun, each agreeing with it, with no 'and' needed between them.
