A resolute, hardy, noble woman,
حَازِمَةٍ — resolute. A feminine adjective ('resolute') describing the woman; it follows its noun and matches it in being feminine and indefinite. This agreement is how Arabic shows the adjective belongs to that noun rather than to anything else in the line.
