وَكَذَبَ فِيمَا ادَّعَاهُ،
And he lied about what he claimed.
ادَّعاه — he claimed it. A past verb 'claimed it', a derived reflexive-pattern verb with an 'it' tag suffixed as its object. It fills out the relative clause — 'what he claimed' — with the suffix pointing back to the alleged matter.
