Arabic vocabulary
How to say “I understood it” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَتَدَبَّرْتُ السَّبَبَ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَعَرَفْتُهُ
I reflected on the reason for that, and then I understood it.
فَعَرَفْتُهُ — so I understood it. This stacks the sequencing 'so/then' onto a past verb holding its 'I' subject, with an attached 'it' object on the end. The prefix marks the result step: 'so then I understood it'.
