Like rejoicing over illicit money,
الْحَرَامِ — illicit. An adjective carrying 'the', describing the money as forbidden. It matches the noun it modifies in being definite and in case, the way Arabic makes a describing word echo the endings of the thing it describes. So it brands the rejoiced-over wealth as illicit.
