وَالدِّينُ يَتَضَمَّنُ مَعْنَى الْخُضُوعِ وَالذِّلِّ
And the religion includes the meaning of submission and humiliation.
يَتَضَمَّنُ — it includes. A present-tense verb 'includes/comprises', third-person singular, whose subject is the religion before it. It states what the religion contains, taking the construct phrase after it as its object.
