فهاتوا من طرف الأخبار
So bring from the interesting stories
طَرَفِ — interesting. This noun heads a possessive pairing with the word after it: it is the owner-term meaning roughly 'a choice bit of'. As the owned thing comes next, this first noun gives up its own article and takes its definiteness from what follows, while itself sitting in the genitive because the preposition before it governs it.
