How to say “it turned repeatedly” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَتَقَلَّبَتْ فِي أَعْجَبِ الْحَالَاتِ إِلَى حِينَ الْبُرُوزِ،
It then passed through the most astonishing states until the moment of emergence.
فَتَقَلَّبَتْ — then it turned repeatedly. 'Fa-' opens this as the next stage, 'then', attaching to a past verb in a reflexive intensive pattern 'turned about repeatedly' (it goes through states by itself). The -t ending marks a feminine-singular subject, the droplet/embryo, carried by agreement.
