فليت شعري أنت ماذا عرفت؟ وما علمك،
I wish to know what you have understood? And what is your knowledge,
عَرَفْتَ — you have known. A past-tense verb meaning you knew or recognized, with the 'you' subject marked by its ending. The bare past asks about completed knowledge, 'what did you come to know'.
