  يُصْلِحُهُ — what it mends. A Form IV verb, 'sets it right / mends it,' with '-hu' resuming 'what' — 'what... it mends.' Its subject, 'clarity / clear speech,' follows. Haste spoils the very thing clear expression repairs.
