وَإِنِّي أُخْبِرُ عَنْ حَالِيِ،
And I tell of my condition,
حَالِيِ — my condition. A noun with the 'my' pronoun attached, governed by the preceding 'about'. The attached possessor makes it definite and ties the condition to the speaker, and the preposition puts it in the genitive. The single token bundles the noun, its owner, and its case.
