Arabic vocabulary
How to say “one hundred” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَقَتَلَهُ فَكَمَّلَ بِهِ مِئَةً،
So he killed him, bringing the total to one hundred.
مئَةً — one hundred. This is a number-word standing as the object of 'completed', the total reached, so it takes the object-style (accusative) ending. It names the round figure the killings added up to, marked by its case as the thing the verb brought to completion.
