وَتَحْتَ مَوْضِعُ سُجُودِ السَّاجِدِينَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
And beneath is the place of prostration of those who prostrate, before the Lord of the Worlds.
مَوْضِعِ — place. The noun 'place', the comment about 'beneath' in a verbless sentence, and the head of a possessive chain owning 'the prostration of those who prostrate'. As an owned-into head here it carries the 'of' (genitive) ending, set up by the spatial frame.
