تَذَكَّرْ — remember!. A command-form (form V imperative) 'call to mind / recollect', addressed to 'you'. The order to recall.

تَذَكُّرَ — to remember. A verbal noun (form V) 'the recalling', the object of 'make forget', accusative ('-a'), and first term of an 'of' pairing — 'the remembrance of the beloved'. It owns the noun that follows.
