وقلبٌ قد امتلأ من جلال الله ﷿ وعظمته، ومحبته ومراقبته، والحياء منه،
And a heart filled with the majesty and greatness of Allah, love for Him, awareness of Him, and shyness before Him,
وَمَحَبَّتِهِ — His love. 'And' plus 'love' with '-hi' (His) attached, genitive. Here the suffix means love directed toward Him — the heart's love of God — continuing the list of what fills it.

If there was love in your heart, its effect would appear on your body.
مَحَبَّةٌ — love. The delayed subject of 'there were', indefinite nominative (the tanwin) — 'love'. Indefinite: any love at all.

بِالْمَحَبَّةِ — with love. 'Bi-' (with / on) fused with 'love', genitive — 'on love'. The 'bi-' marks what the heart feeds upon.
