وَاعجَبا لمن يَدعِي الْمحبَّة وَيحْتَاج إِلَى من يذكرهُ بمحبوبه
How astonishing it is for someone who claims love and needs someone to remind them of their beloved.
بِمَحْبُوبِهِ — of their beloved. 'Bi-' (of) fused with a passive participle 'beloved' plus '-hi' (his) attached, genitive — reminds him 'of his beloved'. The pairing names what he is reminded of.
