How astonishing it is for someone who claims love and needs someone to remind them of their beloved.
لِمَنْ — for someone who. 'Li-' (for / at) fused with the relative 'man' — 'at the one who…'. The 'li-' marks the object of the astonishment: wonder directed at such a person.
