وقلبٌ قد امتلأ من جلال الله ﷿ وعظمته، ومحبته ومراقبته، والحياء منه،
And a heart filled with the majesty and greatness of Allah, love for Him, awareness of Him, and shyness before Him,
وَمُرَاقَبَتِهِ — and watchfulness. 'And' plus a verbal noun 'keeping-watch' with '-hi' (Him) attached, genitive — the sense of being ever observed by Him. The suffix marks God as the one watched-for.
