وَقَول الملبي لبيْك اللَّهُمَّ لبيْك
And the one responding to the pilgrimage call says: (Here I am, O Allah, at Your service).
الْمُلَبِّي — the one responding. Genitive owner of 'saying' — 'the one calling the talbiya'. An active participle (mu- prefix) 'the one who answers Here-I-am'; long final vowel, genitive by position.
