وَقَول الملبي لبيْك اللَّهُمَّ لبيْك
And the one responding to the pilgrimage call says: (Here I am, O Allah, at Your service).
لَبَّيْكَ — Here I am. 'at Your service, here I am' — a frozen DUAL form with 'You' attached, meaning roughly 'a doubled, repeated answering to You'. The -ay is an old dual ending kept only in this set phrase, not analysable like an ordinary word.
