Arabic vocabulary
How to say “Satan” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَمَنْ صَرَعَ جُنْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ صَرَعَ الشَّيْطَانَ
And whoever is struck down by the troops of Satan is struck down by Satan.
الشَّيْطَانِ — Satan. A definite proper name in the genitive, parallel to the earlier 'Satan', closing the equation that the troops' victory is Satan's own. Its case tracks the same owned-by role in the restated phrase.
