How to say “seeks to be heard” in Arabic, with pronunciation and real example sentences from OpenArabic texts.
وَقَالَ مَنْ سَمَّعَ سَمَّعَ اللهُ بِهِ، وَمَنْ رَاءَى رَاءَى اللهُ بِهِ
And he said: 'Whoever seeks to be heard, Allah will make him heard, and whoever seeks to be seen, Allah will make him seen.'
سَمَّعَ — seeks to be heard. A past-tense verb with its 'he' subject inside; in this conditional frame the past form reads generally. The doubled middle consonant marks an intensive shape, here seeking that others hear of one's deeds.

And he said: 'Whoever seeks to be heard, Allah will make him heard, and whoever seeks to be seen, Allah will make him seen.'
سَمَّعَ — will make him heard. The same verb form repeated as the consequence, but now with Allah as doer: He exposes that one to be heard about. The repetition mirrors the deed with a matching divine response.
