How to say “she set out” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَإِنْطَلَقَتْ بِهِ خَدِيجَةُ
So Khadija set out with him.
فَانْطَلَقَتْ — so she set out. The prefix fa- moves the story forward as the consequence, 'so', and the verb's '-t' ending marks a feminine 'she', Khadijah; the verb's prefixed vowel pattern is the 'set off, go forth' shape. So one word carries the connector, a self-directed setting-out, and its feminine doer.
