أَشْبَهَهُ — is similar to it. This is a Form IV verb 'resembled' with an attached '-hu' = 'it' — 'what resembles it'. The past verb fills out the relative clause begun by 'what'. The pronoun loops back to the false matters just listed, so 'ma ashbahahu' = 'and similar things'.
