وهو كلامه لا كلام شاعر ولا مجنون ولا كاهن
And it is His word, not the word of a poet, nor a madman, nor a soothsayer.
كَاهِنٍ — a soothsayer. 'A soothsayer' as the final owning noun in the carried-over chain, 'nor (the word) of a soothsayer', indefinite and in the owner form. It denies that the Quran is the work of a diviner.
