يَا منفقا بضَاعَة الْعُمر فِي مُخَالفَة حَبِيبه
O you who spend the capital of your life in disobeying your Beloved!
مُنفِقًا — spender. The one called, an active participle 'spender / squanderer', in the accusative ('-an' tanwin) — because a called-on word that governs a following noun (an extended vocative) takes the accusative, not the usual vocative nominative. So its '-an' signals it heads a phrase: 'O squanderer of…'.
