هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ جَاءَكُمْ يُعَلِّمُكُمْ دِينَكُمْ
This is Gabriel; he came to you to teach you your religion.
يُعَلِّمُكُمْ — he teaches you. A present-tense verb 'teaches/to teach you', a causative (doubled) form, with 'you' (plural) attached. It states Gabriel's purpose in coming, and the suffix names those taught.
