وَبِأَنَّ — and that. This couples the conjunction with the preposition 'bi-' fused with the particle 'anna', giving 'and that', and 'anna' drives its following subject into the accusative. It introduces another claimed belief, the 'bi-' tying it back to an earlier verb of thinking.
