وَالْمُقَلِّدُ لِلْآرَاءِ الْمُتَنَاقِضَةِ الْمُتَعَارِضَةِ،
And the person who follows and copies the opinions that contradict and clash with each other,
الْمُتَنَاقِضَةِ — that contradict. An adjective placed after its noun and agreeing with it in being definite, plural and genitive, so it attaches to 'the opinions' as a description, 'that contradict'. Its verb-pattern carries a mutual sense, opinions clashing WITH each other, not just being wrong.
