الْمُوَصِّلِ إِلَى جَنَّتِهِ وَدَارِ ثَوَابِهِ،
that which leads to His Paradise and to the abode of His reward,
الْمُوَصِّلِ — that which leads. An active participle ('the one that leads'), a noun-like form naming the doer, here describing the path's function. It is definite and in the genitive, agreeing with the path it modifies from the previous lines. It heads the 'to...' phrase that follows.
