إِنْ رَأَيْتُمُونَا تَخْطَفُنَا الطَّيْرُ،
If you see the birds snatching us,
الطَّيْرُ — the birds. A collective noun 'the birds', singular in form but standing for the whole flock, made definite by its built-in 'the' and acting as the doer of the snatching. Arabic lets a singular collective name a group, with agreement following the collective.
