إِنَّ الْأَبْرَارَ لَفِّي نَعِيمٍ وَإِنَّ الْفُجَّارَ لَفِّي جَحِيمٍ
Indeed, the righteous are in bliss, and indeed the wicked are in torment.
الْأَبْرَارَ — the righteous. A definite plural noun 'the righteous' as the topic, put in the object case by the preceding emphasis particle, heard as a final -a. The object-looking ending is caused by the particle, not a verb.
