قَدْ بَدَتْ خَلاَخِلُهُنَّ وَأَسْوَاقُهُنَّ رَافِعَاتٍ ثِيَابَهُنَّ،
Indeed, their anklets were plainly visible, and their sashes were raised, lifting their garments,
وَأَسْوَاقُهُنَّ — and their sashes. A connector 'and' prefixed to a plural noun carrying the same feminine-plural '-hunna' owner tail, 'and their...'. The 'and' joins it to the previous subject as a second thing made visible.
