فَقَالَ مَا لِي أَرَاكَ ضَئِيلًا
He said, "What is the matter with you? You look weak."
ضَئِيلًا — weak. An adjective in the accusative serving as the second object of 'I see', describing how the man looks: weak. Arabic lets a perception verb take both 'you' and a describing word, the latter marked by the accusative.
