Arabic vocabulary
How to say “worship” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَأَما الَّتِي لي فتعبدني لَا تشرك بِي شَيْئا
As for the one that is for Me, it is that you worship Me, associating nothing with Me.
فَتَعْبُدُنِي — then you worship Me. Here the 'so/then' prefix introduces the comment that the earlier 'as for' set up, and the verb is present tense with 'you' built in and an attached 'me' as object. So one word delivers 'then you worship Me', the content of God's share.
