وَلا تَغَلُّبُهَا عَلَى مَا تَسْتَيْقِنُ
And do not let it overpower you regarding what you are certain of!
تَسْتَيْقِنُ — you are certain of. A present-tense verb aimed at 'you' with its 'you' subject built in, carrying a form-built sense of deep, settled certainty. Inside the relative clause it fixes the content of the preceding 'that which' as firmly known truth, the opposite pole from mere supposing.
