وَلَا يَصْبِرُ عَنِ نَظْرَةٍ مُحَرَّمَةٍ
and he cannot refrain from a forbidden glance.
نَظْرَةٍ — a glance. An indefinite noun ('a glance') with no al- and the tell-tale -in tail, marking it as 'a' rather than 'the'. It stands in the genitive ending as the object of the preposition before it. It names the single act that is not resisted.
