الْقرظِيّ — al-Qurzī. A relationship-adjective built from a place or tribe name, the kind that turns a place into a 'belonging-to' label tacked onto a person's name. It tells which group or origin the man is associated with, rounding out his full identification. Such origin-adjectives are a standard final piece of classical Arabic names.
