How to say “al-Uzza” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
She was Khadijah, daughter of Khuwaylid, son of Asad, son of al-Uzza, son of Qusayy,
الْعُزَّى — al-Uzza. An ancestor's proper name, the owned half of '...son OF al-Uzza', in the genitive within the chain. Its final long-vowel ending hides the usual case marker, so the genitive is understood from its position rather than heard.
