Arabic vocabulary
How to say “befell it” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَيَذْكُرُ لَهُمْ خَطَايَاهُ الَّتِي أَصَابَهَا ـ
And he will mention to them his sins that befell him.
أَصَابَهَا — befell it. A finished-action verb with -ha ('it/them') fused on as its object, inside the relative clause; the 'it' reaches back to the sins, treated as a feminine-singular unit. The 'he' subject is built in. So this verb completes the description, telling what happened with those sins.
