Arabic vocabulary
How to say “bring out” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَقَالَ حِينَ دَخَلَ لِأَبِي بَكْرِ أَخْرِجْ مَنْ عِنْدَكَ
When he entered, the Prophet said to Abu Bakr, "Bring out whoever is with you."
أَخْرِجْ — bring out. A bare command form, leanest shape of the verb, which is how Arabic builds the imperative; it carries its 'you' inside, so no pronoun is needed. It orders Abu Bakr to send out whoever is present, the object of the order introduced by the next word.
