وَلَكِنَّكُمْ مِمَّنْ قُبِحَ بَاطِنُهُ فَرَأَى ظَاهِرَهُ،
But you are among those whose inward is ugly, so he displayed his outward appearance.
وَلَكِنَّكُمْ — but you. An adversative particle 'but / yet' fused with -kum, the attached 'you (a group)'. Its grammatical job is to mark a contrast against the prior statement and to push its noun-slot, here the attached 'you', into the accusative, opening a 'but you...' turn.
