By God, I will certainly buy the finest she-camel in Mecca.
بَعِيرًا — a she-camel. A noun in the object (accusative) shape as the thing bought, owned by the superlative before it as 'finest of [camels]'. The accusative flags it as what the buying-verb acts on.
