احْمِلِي — carry. A command-form (imperative) 'carry / bear', addressed to a feminine 'you' (the '-i' ending), agreeing with the feminine 'feet'. The order to press on.

الحَمْلِ — for the fetus. The owner half of the possessive pair, definite and in the 'of' ending right after 'provision'. The pairing makes 'provision of the fetus', naming whose sustenance is meant, with placement doing the work of 'of'.
