He does not forget the provision for the fetus nor neglect the nourishment of the ants or the snakes coiled in the sand.
يُهْمِلُ — He neglects. A present-tense verb with a built-in 'he' subject, under the negator before it, reading 'he does not neglect'. The ongoing form marks neglecting as a general behavior denied of the divine subject.
