أَنْتَ مُوسَى الَّذِي اِصْطَفَاكَ اللَّهُ بِرِسَالَاتِهِ وَبِكَلَامِهِ
You are Moses, whom God chose for His messages and for His word.
اِصْطَفَاكَ — chose you. A past-tense verb carrying a tail -ka, 'you', as object, 'chose you', pointing back to Moses through the relative. The object pronoun is fused onto the verb, and its subject, the divine name, follows in the usual order.
