مَالِكُ أَزْمَةِ الْكَلَامِ فِي النَّظْمِ وَالنَّشْرِ،
He is never at a loss for words when composing and publishing.
أَزْمَةِ — crisis of. A noun in the genitive, the middle of a possessive chain: owned by 'master' before it and itself owning 'speech' after it. The construct builds 'master of the [reins] of speech', the layered of-relationship presenting his total control over expression.
