وَأَنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
And with hardship comes ease.
الْعُسْرِ — hardship. In the genitive after 'with', naming difficulty. Fronted before the subject, it sets up the promise that ease rides alongside the very hardship.
