And whenever you notice a disturbance in your state,
تَكْدِيرًا — a disturbance. An indefinite action-noun standing as the thing noticed, so it takes the object-style ending. Left indefinite, it means 'some disturbance', any instance, fitting the general 'whenever' frame. It is the direct target of the noticing verb before it, with no helper word needed.
