فَقَالَ يَا بُنَيَّةُ، أَلَا تُحِبِّينَ مَا أُحِبُّ،
He said, "My little daughter, do you not love what I love?"
تُحِبِّينَ — do you love. A present-tense verb with the 'you' (feminine) subject built into its ending, addressed to a single woman; the ending marks the female addressee. Under the rhetorical opener before it, it forms 'do you not love...?'.
